Could you explain why at 4:01 you don’t want to get to the inside like you said is desirable earlier in the video

If you go inside the Free Safety, you may end up flattening the route too much, making it impossible for the QB to locate you and deliver the pass effectively. The Safety will try to stay deeper than the receiver, but you are taking advantage of them having to turn and run to chase you. Push upfield full speed and give your QB an easy target behind all the coverage.

Doesnt matter how good the route or wr,its all about the qb.

Against man, another tactic is to try and sell not just the "fly" but even a quick out. If you can get the corner to turn his hips the wrong way by selling the quick out, you've got clean air to run the post---he'll never recover. A good CB knows better than to turn the wrong way---he knows that the sideline acts as another defender for him. But a good CB---because he's a good CB---sometimes reads the quick out too quickly, thinking he can get a pick. Watch his tendencies. If he does it even once, he will do it again---you've just got to sell that quick out before you cut it inside and run the post. Steve Spurrier loves to run the post and the skinny post here at South Carolina and has used both Ace Sanders and Bruce Ellington to run it from the slot. Both are dangerous when they've got the ball in the hands and sometimes force corners to play too tightly, which makes them vulnerable to exploding into what looks like the quick out but isn't. Remember too that you don't just accelerate after making the cut. You accelerate before the cut and through the cut. Slow down and you'll get stuffed. One of the hardest things to get high school WR's to do when they reach college is to teach them how to explode into and through the cut as opposed to slow lying down into it and accelerating out of it.

Cool video only thing I would add is how to run the "skinny" post when being pressed at the line.

Worked out well. I coach a 1st grade team but we could pass the ball. We ended up going undefeated and .500 playing against 2nd grade teams.
