At 10:00, the loop condition "~j" is equivalent to "-j-1" (because an integer's negation is equal to its two's complement, i.e. -x = ~x+1), which means "-j-1!=0", which means "j!=-1", which means j is 0 for the last iteration.

Hi, William! I started to coding some weeks ago, and you filled me of hope and motivation!! Because I am, I was and I will be wondered about your skills and your capacities while you code. One of my goals in the next some years. It is just to be at least a half of how are you, of course if I can beat you or one day being as good as you coding, it would be awesome. And after found this channel, I was wondering of the amount of people who are genius in their area, and how they are soo substimated and underated. Well, this is to much text, but I want to type this message as a recordatory of my progress in the future, and compare myself to see if I am just a fraction of you!! I don't think so. As far as i know, top tier universities are generally academics oriented. Very few students have time and interest to participate in general competitions.

Actually there are, and at least 3 are better than him since he is not yet in the 1st ICPC team. Even if universities are academically oriented, a bunch of students still enjoy programming competitions and practice for the international inter-university programming contest.
