why are people in discord asking if teammates have ult when it clearly shows you in the UI who has ult and doesn't

People arent necessarily asking other if they just have the ult, they are asking if they can ult. As in as pocket, if I have spells on cd I probably can't ult so i dont have the ult in a fight, and I have to wait for my spells. And people saying "I have ult" mean I want to ult for this if u guys are down to fight and not just that its off cd, same for positioning. I might have everything but be unable to get value from my ult so I first have to get into position. Ofc sometimes they are actually asking abt if they have it off cd or not (because moba hero shooter is guaranteed intense chaos in fights) and if they are asking some1 who has cd they probably want to know how long that cd is
