Great leaders deliver value to all stakeholders. Just finished the book on how Lou Gerstner transformed IBM, and learnt about David Cote and his decade at Honneywell. It impressed me his dealings with conflict and providing for the long term without blaming on the market for the shor term. Thanks for this Columbia.

excellent narration... I am relived my 12 years of Honeywell experience under Dave's leadership where I was allowed to grow a global team based out of India - Romania and China between 2004-2016 Thanks Dave for sharing ...and Thanks Costis for excellent facilitation.
