Is the soul inside the person dead when they take so much abuse. Don't their hearts scream for themselves? How can someone who was beaten during the day go back to the same person the same night. Again go back the next day to get beaten again. Knowing you will be beaten, going back to the end in that state so many times. This is not love. This is madness. Even a 3 year old won't go to the parents for some time after 1 slap. I feel so triggered with this. Can't express how wrong he was but you were also wrong to take so much abuse.
