In the story rather Drupad appeared to be villain refusing to give mere cow to a friend and Brahmin who deserved fully. Since childhood we always thought of Mahabharata as a battle fought in Kurukshetra and at the begining of which Gita was narated by Lord Krishna to Arjuna.But now we realise that Mahabharta is a battle being fought between good and bad tendencies in each one of us and Gita becomes directly relevant to us to us to be understood and followed.Guruji has done a great favor to mankind by explaining Gita in the right prespective.
