Any addiction is weakness; Stay hard!! Stay hard!, and at end of the day, one day at a time, just one day at a time, when that day ends you will feel happier that you won, incrementally; it will become if you win the next day. So STAY HARD!

But it’s just theory, without massive action without this mindset goggins is explaining, those tools are useless. We are on the same path, there’s so much waiting on the other side of suffering.
