Hi Miss LF. As I stated previously. I have four adopted strays . Three girls and one male. All are three years old and younger. I also had a short time of dealing with fleas on my four babies .I also spent years in pest sales for a national company. Fleas will always concentrate around the neck area back and front and under their chin on their head and you will also find the fleas around tail base and butt as this is where is the higher concentration of blood supply. Female fleas need a blood meal before they lay eggs.

Thank you for posting this video…I have been suffering from red bumps on my neck…and I have searched everywhere as to that it was…and it just occurred to me that my cat sleeps by my neck…she has been scratching lately just like your kitties….(lightbulb moment )…I’m not going to die of some rare rash after all…thank you for some much needed insight :)

So happy that you're getting on top of the flea problem, now for the ant problem and Boo's dermatitis (poor boy). Getting to pet Goldie must have felt really good, a pity she was reluctant the next time. Things are going in the right direction. Ziggy was in pure bliss when Richard was grooming her, until it got a bit too much, lol.

Great job on those nasty fleas🎉 I remember in one of your videos, you said the feral cat problem should get better because a home on your street has new owners, and they are cleaning out the barn and yard they probably used a pest control spray and all the rain created a infestation of fleas in your yard. My little girl is 21 and in the last year she is dealing with hypothyroidism... I dident know until I took her to the vet and got the blood work and senior blood panel aswell. She's lost all her fat and now is extreamly bonny and skinny . It's a dayley struggle to keep her eating. She gers thyroid meds and prebiotic powder and prednisone. The hypothyroidism has sucked the life out of her. I do know she's also very old. I really love your videos. I find them to help my anxiety. You are such a caring person.❤❤

Hi, I am new to your channel. Came across from a video you made of making your own cat food. I feed two cats of my own and then I feed 7 Feral cats that live in my neighborhood that are regulars, when they see me they come running. If I miss more then 1 or 1 days they come find me at home lol. There are some other stray cats that sometimes come after I take off from a couple streets away, not to mention the raccoons, the possums and the skunks 🤦🏻‍♂️.. (they show up after I go home and the cats are their eating). It gets VERY expensive! but all the strays I feed them dry food and what I wonder is if it’s still cheaper to make your own food than buying dry food. Anyway, I wanted to say for your auto feeder if you put masking tape around that big opening that you didn’t want to cover; half of the strip of tape sticking to plastic and half hanging out/flapping,1 long strip around it the non sticky part will be facing out and the sticky part in. When the ants try to walk over it, around it or whichever way they have to get past it to get inside they get stuck to the tape. That allows you to keep the hole open and also keep the ants out of it, you do have to replace it about every 2 weeks if you have a lot of ants.. there’s also some natural ant killer that you can make at home with Vinegar, dish soap, Baking soda, ground pepper, lemon juice I think too, there’s different ones and all natural ones, good luck. I was only able to watch 20 mins of your video and will continue to watch the rest later but I already gave 👍 😊. Edit: Oh if you have any suggestions on how I can save some money on my feeding strays please let me know 🙏🏼

When these cats were living outside, I always had an automatic feeder set up with dry cat food. They got that twice a day. I supplemented that with canned cat food or homemade cat food once or twice a day. When I was actively training the cats and socializing them, I turned off the automatic feeders and fed dry food, canned food, or homemade food.

I went through this last spring and it was a nightmare.. i had to bathe, comb, spray yard , capstar ,advantix ,powder for carpet and vacume everything daily. Good luck!

You will not have to do anything anymore regarding the flees if you give your cats a few drops of coconut oil in their foods. I gave some straight cats coconut oil this way only a few times and when they are taken to the vet, non has flees. Once the coconut oil is in their bl.ood, the flees will not survive after sucking on the cats. I found the organic VivaNaturals MCT oil (only this brand has no smell whatsoever) at Target has the best price.

Sploot. This is a very cute pose that some dogs, cats and other animals do to stretch out their back when they are comfortable. I don’t think it can be taught to them. Some breeds like corgis do it more often. It is also called frogging. ❤️
