Crazy how much Jamie's fishing has changed in a couple of years
Imagine disliking this masterclass, brill Jamie and can you put the date of filming in the description

It was in Autumn a couple of years ago, Septemberish... Maybe early October - Hope that helps 😂

Nice to see the shovel feeder in use, not the easiest thing to do, over head a cast only 19 to 20 meters 👍

I always use shovel feeders, I've got a 15 gram one which I'll be using over winter. Good idea to tuck the pellet into the feeder like Jamie does. If there are any over hanging brambles or branches you won't get hooked up on them.

If there doesn't seem to be as many fish in the swim as you want, instead of firing in 6mm pellets, why not change to a bigger pellet feeder? This would make more noise and also put more more feed into the swim. This is not a criticism, its just a question/suggestion. Also, as you don't want to overfeed the peg if there are already a few fish in it, would it be a good idea *not* to put pellets in the feeder every cast?

You guys always say "at this time of year" but there's nothing to say what time if year it is! It would be great if it said when it was filmed.

Jamie do you unclip after each cast? Or keep clipped up when casting to the bank? Cheers
@WinningWays3 жыл бұрын
Leave it clipped us, they can't really run away from you so you should be fine :)

@@WinningWays nice one! Thanks for the help 👍

I leave it clipped up. You'll find that a hooked fish will quite often swim towards you when you fish to an island, so look out for your line going slack.
