No bombs, it is the complexity of the architecture which was based on a painting and only completed in like 2012. It is the Canadian Human Rights Museum, which brings a person through a walk of mankind's dark and enlightening periods, but something tells me you already knew that.

Based on the sky to the east and some of the streetlights on , I would say this is very early dawn and possibly a Sunday too . If this is indeed early June then it could be 5 am or so
