Hi Yvonne, they move fish out into another cage, and take dirty net to land to clean it. They clean dirty net by drying it under the sun, and then, spray with high pressure water.

There is aquaculture net cleaner device available in the market. You could have a look on this too.

Dear Herman Griessel. Thanks for your input. For extra information, we have IMTA cage culture (it should be shown in the movie). With IMTA systems, we try to minimize what you have concerned. We are working with academic institution to get datas on how effective the IMTA systems are, in term of: cage culture itself, and effect on the surrounding environments. If you are interested to be involved more in this field, please inform us. Hopefully you could join us in the study, and furthermore, suggestion on better practice.
