Ive had this deck ever since she came out and some things I noticed: I didn't NEED Cathars Crusade/Dolman's Gate or Warstorm Surge/Anointed Procession as I found myself not needing or having an opportunity to cast them. Goblin Chirugeon and Alseid of Life's Bounty are two of the best 1 drops as they protect Winota most of the time. (Penance), a 2w enchantment lets you put those chonky humans that you have in your hand back on top of your library at instant speed to guarantee a Winota hit! (Anax, Hardened in the forge) is a non-human that is semi boardwipe protection since it makes 1/1 satyrs for each non token that died and proc Winota! (Gods Willing), (Brave the Elements), (Cloud Shift) are all amazing at keeping Winota alive, which should be your main goal. (Grand Abolisher) Is A M A Z I N G in this deck as your opponents cant respond with fogs or other instant speed shenanigans. The Myr mana dork line pulls double duty in this deck. Not only does it ramp when you need mana but also procs Winota when you attack with them. V A L U E. Hit them fast and hard! I bring this deck out to face the big expensive decks (Golos, Chulane, Jhoira, Urza) and is fast and fun!

Why don't you get the attack triggers from creatures like combat celebrant or fireflux squad when winota puts them on the battlefield? The cards don't specify that the trigger only occurs when cast, it's an attack trigger. Like "When so and so attacks..." Winota flips them onto the battlefield and they attack so how do they not get their attack triggers? "If combat celebrant hasn't been exerted this turn, you may exert it as it attacks" I don't see what in winota's wording that would prevent that from happening

Attack triggers come from you declaring attackers. If a card enters tapped and attacking, you never declared an attack with it.

I think zero CMC nonhumans are better in early game, such as Ornithopter and Phyrexian Walker. Assemble the legion and Goblin Assault generates nonhuman token with haste during the upkeep but the former has high CMC and the latter forces you to crash your goblins. Personally, I prefer the stax approach, since boros can't ramp well, might as well prevent others from ramping. Slow token generators are replaced with stax creatures such as Thalia, Archon of Emeria, Ethersworn Canonist, Glowrider, etc. and fast mana such as Skirk Prospector and Goblin Wily. Keldon Firebombers are pretty good for lategame where the green player has 20 lands on the battlefield.

Awsome token deck woo hoo winota! It's cool seeing humanish tribal. Yay combat damage for the win maybe. I might throw a few of these cards in my feather deck it needs an update.
