I was channeling my inner pappy on that laugh. Yeah was a "fun" three miles out.

I hadn't attempted it before and we really don't get ice that often here. I let Brian go first so he could fall through first lol

It was literally the shortest route to the campsite. Otherwise we had to go back into a valley pretty far. I let Brian go first lol

Oh man. I would have had to pack my micro spikes to get out on that ice. lol. Thanks for sharing. Looks like you and Carlson had a good trip.✌️
@thathikingguy5 сағат бұрын
The funny thing is we both said that as we were walking my spikes were right next to my pack in the garage and I forgot to grab them lol.

Good time! I may find all my one wind hammock setup and go out this week. I have under quilts and top quilts it comes with. Also the wind sleeve. Also the canopy fully encloses around it. I’ve been out in it in about 10 degrees and it was great. I think my favorite thing is the gear hammock that hangs underneath the regular hammock. I am going stir crazy not being able to get out in nature. I’ve just been sitting around wood carving to occupy my mind so my mind can’t drown in all that’s going on. You know what I’m referring to. Thanks for sharing the video!

One wind makes some great stuff for sure. Carlson used their underquilt protector on this trip and it really helped with the cold temps. Stay strong Stoney
