We are slowly taking back control of our seas, noticed yesterday we banned electric fishing from UK waters with immediate effect, now all we need is these big factory fishing vessels removed and the fish stock might stand a chance of recovery. Great video, huge whiting never eaten them but the cooking method looked good don't like strong flavours that mask the taste of what your eating so I think you got the recipe spot on. Thanks for all your posts for 2020 it helped keep me sane, you and your family have a great new year see you soon.

Any fish in a parcel (I like to do plaice filets) place on chopped onions then add white wine and or butter with chilli and seasoning. I am a chef so trust me, by placing it on chopped onions you stop it getting too hot on one Side, the side on the tray. Also gives flavour along with white wine, keeps it moist almost steams it, gorgeous.
