Add to chicken, yoghurt in a bag with paprika, garlic powder, chilli, butter or sunflower oil (25 g), salt, pepper, let it marinate in fridge for few hours before trekking out. Yoghurt will tenderize chicken and let the spices seep into meat. Grill. Great with tortilla and garlic mayo or guacamole or ketchup with hot sauce, serve with garlic butter potatoes and onions. What I like to do is mash up garlic and mix in butter, then refrigerate in bag, add in cut onions, great timesaver and you can freeze in advance. Great videos dude, love seeing Monty great dog. Simple videos, no ego, not selling gear, just simple camping, uncomplicated and down to earth...this is how it should be, simple clean fun. Keep it up dude

Getting stuck in the snow is always a huge pain!! I carry a 5gal bucket of sand all winter just for the ice problems.. I’ve rescued a few people that way ;) lol .. thanks for bringing us along.. yay Monty 😊

Camp food is always the best. Took my kids car camping and took my Dutch oven and made lasagna.... have never found or made better since. that was over ten years ago too. I love the little fall at the end. Lol

Hey! Great video, as usual. I like to play the beginning of the video where you are saying how warm it is (30 degrees!) so my co-workers in New Mexico can hear that. If it’s in the 50s, they break out the jackets-they’re FREEZING!! They think you’re nuts for camping in the SNOW!! Monty is wonderful, as usual. I think you’ve captured his voice perfectly. I had a similar experience a few years ago with an owl. I was sitting around the fire by myself at night at deer camp and heard this strange call - like a screeching/yelling sound - about 100 yards behind me. It was a sound I've never heard before. The calls continued for a few minutes, then I started hearing coyotes howling and doing their thing. After a back and forth for a bit, the coyotes stopped their yipping, and I assumed, left the area. It took me about ten minutes to realize the initial sound I heard was an owl in his perch yelling at the coyotes telling them this was his territory. It was a startling, yet, awesome experience. Loved the video! Thanks.

Hi Matthew, professional cook here. Shaving a lemon is called "zesting". Your typical box cheese grater will have two sides to it. The larger holes are for grating your cheese and the side with the smaller holes is the zester, for doing just that with your lemons, limes, etc.

The 2 times that recording held me back the most were my 10 day solo adventure (Man I could have done so much more fishing hahaha!) and the Winter Camping in a Snowstorm. (Having to set up that camera under a umbrella on a tripod was a nightmare)
