and how to defend wrist locks from there, because putting the arm in that position is a 1 second away from a wrist lock where I train.

Maybe ask the people wrist locking you so easily how they do it so you can prevent it? Hmmm? Since where you train has all the answers. Or do like I said, and train more. Try the CLA that Priit is using in this video.
