We are looking at buying the same camper as you. We also have a tundra. How does your tundra do towing your trailer? What year tundra do you have? Can it handle mountains?

Hi Ric! Well, I would say that for the last three years, our Tundra has done pretty well towing our trailer, but it does have its limits for sure... We towed our trailer to Lake Tahoe about 6 months ago and it had a hard time climbing Highway 267. I went from a very steady 55 mph down to 35 mph until we reached the peak. I was very worried up until we reached the top. Up until this point, we have never had a problem towing, but our mountain ranges have been few and far between. We towed from California to Washington State without a problem, but I wont venture out of state into big mountain areas until I upgrade our truck. Aside from this, we really love our trailer and for us, it's the best layout they have across the board!

Was it because the trip on 267 was very steep? Is that why you could only go 35?

@@rthurlby The only reason I was going 35 was because that is all the truck could muster... I had it floored and the truck still slowed down the higher we would go. The weight of trailer is what kept the truck slowed down. I was so happy to make it to the crest of the hill!
