Boomer looks like a rabbit jumping in the snow,he loves it, my Yorkie loved snow as well, when we had a huge snowfall, she buried her nose into the snow and kept going till she was completely under and she would move under the snow for at least a foot or two. She loved a fresh snowfall,sadly we had to say goodbye to her as she got very sick, we miss her so very much.But seeing Boomer run and play and showing you so much love is so fun. You and Boomer and a cuppa coffee is how I spend my Saturday mornings. The location of today's video was absolutely stunning, the snow tipped trees looked so pretty, and watching little Boomer hop around like a baby fox was the icing on the cake.

The forestry service must love you. Every bit of deadwood you clear and use for your fire reduces the amount of fuel present if a forest fire starts the following summer. A perfect example of great content having unintended? and very positive side-effects. Boomer seemed very happy out there with you. If his paws get cold, he just jumps up on your lap or scoots into bed to warm up a little, then he's straight back out there exploring! Thank you for this very serene video. It's like meditation, watching you gather firewood, set up or break down camp, cook and make coffee, etc. Plus, you select the most beautiful locations. Thanks man for the captivating video. =) EDIT: It might be a silly suggestion, since I've never seen anyone do it, but have you tried those Hot Hands Hand Warmers? I was wondering if you could drop them into your boots overnight to dry them out a bit and stop them from freezing?

Im in the Finnish Defence Forces doing my mandatory time in the military and on monday we are going to the forest for 9 days. Camping like this seems like such a luxury compared to the military stuff. Thanks to these videos im thinking of continuing camping after the military service just for my own fun.

Hi Wolf, you are in the center of your equanimity. Great. So am I outside in the woods and I love your clips. There's just one job I do differently: I cook patiently, using fresh and self-dehydrated ingredients, respectively. It takes much longer and might be less efficient. But I enjoy the pleasant anticipation too much. And of course the joy of taste😛🙏⭐💥 And the darkness in the forest before falling asleep.

Lovely to see snow as we don't get much here in UK. It is a shame when wood is processed and can't be used. I totally sympathise after your efforts. Glad both you and Boomer didn't get overly wet and took shelter sensibly though. Not the same situation but this year on my camping trip we had a bonfire ban because of all the dangerous fires over summer that kept happening due to extreme heatwave. So, unfortunately the owners of the campsite weren't too pleased after stocking tons of firewood processed for the campers that basically couldn't be stored dry for next year. Love your waxed blanket it looks so versatile!
