I want to plan a steelhead trip to the Oregon coast next week. What river is this? Everyone calling it the Oregon coast doesn't really help. I'm wanting to spend some cash in the local economy and hire a guide service. Unless it's such a secret im not wanted there.

BnR has a website, they don’t sell huge boxes but they do sell kits and assortments for certain areas with 5 or 6 different colors in various sizes.

Lured beads will make you custom soft and hard bead boxes whatever you want. Randy bales makes all his own beads.

That's just holding the rod down in the water to create a more subtle pressure on the fish as water pushes against the line. The fish will usually move towards softer water. The term walking the dog doesn't make much sense--it's just something Big Dave came up with. It's tricking the fish instead of fighting the fish.
