Winter (December) fly fishing at Ellerdine Lakes Fishery

This was my sort of first winter fly fishing and i kind of used to think, it is hard to get fish in Winter which i proved myself wrong. Obviously, we will have to accept some difficult weather condition during this season but i enjoyed the winter fishing.
Also i am glad that i caught and lost some on dry fly.
Lastly, puddles on the way towards fishery has been much better now.

Enjoyed the video Bijay - keep them coming. I was wondering if you weren’t a bit too quick to strike at the rises to your dry fly but then you nailed it the third time. Sorry to see you lose that big fella. Next time… Cheers John.

Thank you for your new vidoe!!! Despite the casting becoming more challenging due to not turning against the wind but facing it during fishing in the early part of the video, does this contribute to better angling skills?

Yeah, it becomes little bit of challenging against the wind but tried my best to tackle it but sometimes i had go to other peg just to protect the body parts especially eye, head when the wind was blowing from my right.

The line i am using is from HAWKRIDGE COLORADO, WF7 floating on 9' 6" #7. To be honest, i am not a good caster but learning everyday.
