August 1, northern Indiana, it's been a warm summer......I'd take this for a day or two! I'm a little burned out on sunny and warm...LOL Winters here are harsh and long. 40 minutes east of Lake Michigan. I'd love to winter in Duluth at some point in my life.

We'll I'm in Minneapolis, MN. Not far from Duluth (couple hours) and I'd L O V E some snow right now, I'm so hot!

Duluth is in full blown mosquito season right now. : / Maybe if we had a bit of a freeze right now it might kill some of them! lol

@@BradSaintGeorge So you get mosquito's bad in August? Even if it's not rained a lot and theres no standing water? I don't think I've killed one of them down here so far. But I do always remark that it's time for a good freeze to kill off the spiders and such!! Haha

Hey Brad, have you gone uphill or down hill Duluth during the winter? Also, are there any more or less safe roads that take you uphill when the roads are ice??? Some better than others?

Howdy Daniel, Sorry, I'm not familiar with the best streets or roads to drive in Duluth during the winter. I HAVE driven up and down some of the roads during the winter, it's not for the faint of heart, lol A couple of years ago I pulled out of a friend's driveway on a hill, I had all my breaks on, even pumping and I slowly slid about two blocks down the hill, through two intersections and finally managed to stop by bumping into a curb. Another friend of mine was also sliding, at the same time and he crashed (very slowly, lol) into a light pole. Fun times.
