Anyone who lives or has lived in the area, should one be surprised? Grew up in Superior. I've experienced so much during that time, including TWO winter storms two days apart. The first dumped 23 inches; the second dumped 31 inches in March. It shut down the area for three days before the streets were decent. This was in in 1993 or 1994. Tis nothing to those who are seasoned...
