I always use fleece tops and bottoms in russian winter 🥶 also layering layering and layering so you can go somewhere inside (cafeteria etc.) and take some clothes off so you don't sweat in public places..... thanks Kerina!!

I am moving to Chicago in 2 weeks and I am super anxious because of the climate over there, and I hate looking like a bag with having to wear a lot of clothes and huge jackets. Hi there, I’ve lived in Chicago all my life and although I’m not a fan of our winters here, I’ve finally learned to dress the weather while also looking cute! Fleece leggings and layering will be your best friend! I love to wear skirts and dresses with thigh high boots so I’ll use that as another protection layer. Also layering your socks is a good idea if you will be outside for a while (ex. waiting in line to go ice skating at the Maggie Daley park, or going to the christkindlmarket). We also love our big scarves here so don’t be afraid to stock up on them. Overall, better to layer up then freeze to death. Chicago isn’t called the Windy City for nothing especially with the freezing winter winds. Good luck! Hope you enjoy Chi city!

so true! Here in Toronto it's too cold to be out for long anyway. So depends on your situation, fleece tights and high quality bomber jackets works for me, but in the middle of the winter it's just a long azz parka for me 😭😭

Yes to actually helpful winter content! I hate winters. I can never find a coat that’s cute, warm and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I also hate going out during winter cause i never know what to wear to stay warm when outside and not overheat if i go inside. My absolute favorite winter item is an ultra light down coat from Uniqlo. They make vests too. It’s very thin, makes for a great layering piece during winter.

Girl I'm such a huge wimp in the cold... It gets very cold where I live in winter 😢 I usually have to wear like 3 layers minimum & a coat lol. Those fleece leggings are sooo helpful 💖 I also got one of those (battery powered) heated vests!

when it's warm or hot indoors thanks to heating it's not really a need to wear those. then only outer wear should be extra warm while indoors can be normal. Would you have a video on outfits indoors for winter when inside is warm? like wanting to feel autumn/winter mood but wearing short sleeve or thin long sleeve clothes?
