Good Morning Amy, happy Thursday and I hope you’re feeling better. Love this idea with the book pages. On your new idea collaboration you would like to do, I have found in the thrift store spiral journals with writing pages and I removed enough so I can make a junk journal out of it. I coffee dyed each page too; and there many ways to color the pages if you want to. Yes, I did keep the pages I removed and use them as writing space on the back of ephemera, nothing goes to waste..lol. Have a wonderful day too! 👍❄️❄️❄️😻

Cabbage dye definitely has an odor. But usually it leaves after this long. Lol. Glue brings out the best I guess. Lol this is a neat idea. Been making whimsical cat cards. So fun. Hi Amy, I'm so sorry you were sick. I'm so glad you are better today! A year ago, I had to have a kidney removed because my Dr wasn't on the ball! I told her I was in pain several times, but she just said it was my back, which some of it was. But the Dr I decided to go to for my problem said he could tell me what it is right away & it's been going on for 6yrs or more. He looked back over 6yrs of exrays. I had a kidney stone that almost grew around my whole kidney, it's called a Staghorn & it was only doing 20% of the job. So he said it needed to be removed! So that's what I did 1yr the end of the month! I do feel better! But she still should have listened to me! About you wanting to do something a little different in the collaborations. I used to do swaps & my first swap was "Make a purse & fill it with 5 items. The purse/bag & 2 items had to be handmade & the others to be bought or had it all ready! So I thought you could change it to a theme for an Album & 2or3 things made from things at home & the other from something you bought! Maybe you can only use 1 punch, or just use cut outs from a magazines & use only from book pages, magazines, tv guides, dictionary papers etc & 1 stencil & 1 stamp etc then buy something special for final items! Just a thought! I loved the belly band with different sizes & the little book to tuck under the belly band. I did make one along with you. Mine is a lot different & used what I had. I'll put it in some album. I have several in the process! So you do such a great job on yours! I did watch the other girls & they're good! But I like yours & how you show us more! Thanks for sharing! For a junk journal challenge it could be, build a journal for under $5.00, and not using tim holtz stamps, epehmera, or things you purchased solely for junkjournaling or make 3 tags without using digital kits, stuff like that. Or you could do a send along junk journal to a group of crafters/ have each person build a 4 paoer signature and decorate it without watching/ seeing the others.... like that and then reveal the final journal. All signatures sent to the instigator of the project and that person builds the cover & binds it...... it would be so cool.
