Winter fishing Steinhatchee in the Gamefish 25

The winter fishing in Steinhatchee has been tough, as the weekend weather has been terrible but we were able to sneak out this cold winter day and head offshore in Steinhatchee for whatever would bite. We had early success with the Seabass, and could have loaded up on them but we were really in search of some Red Grouper. The slow day really didn't produce much so we headed out to one of our favorite Amberjack spots and were able to get hooked up on them. Surprisingly enough, they did not want the Jig, they only wanted shrimp. We ended the day trolling for Grouper and was able to get one last Gag at the end of the day.
