I was just there (late November 2023)! Woke up to some rain at the Davidson River Campground so I drove down the road to pick up a rain shell at the local Beer ‘n Gear shop. I got to fishing shortly after and landed a couple of brown trout - really cool spot!

please if it is snowing and the temps are 32f/0c do not remove the fish from the water.. the gills will freeze quickly and when you put the fish back in the water..it cannot breath.. and will die

Hey Randall, great point about the gills, the water the day of the video was actually about 45F and the air was also above 32F so no danger of frozen gills to be had
