Francis Cabrera Ocoee and winter garden are the best areas of central Fl. And if you have lots of money Windermere and Dr. Phillips are also great areas.

Huuuuge!!!!! You can make that a fifth bedroom.? Well I guarantee you a lot of people are going to go for the office option due to this pandemic since more people are now going to be working from home. More than the fifth bedroom.

No way!! That’s a pretty good size car garage. You can definitely fit more cars. Look at that living room. Ooooooooooo.. you can fit six people. You can make that a dining room table if you choose. Or the kids could sit right there and do their homework while mom is making dinner. Those kitchen islands with barstool seating have been the spot lately for kids because of this pandemic since they are doing their e-learning. GE profile. This kitchen has the GE profile smart appliances. That is really good for mom who is making dinner while the kids are doing homework. This tells me that the house is a smart house. So when mom is in the kitchen helping the kids with their homework while she’s making dinner, since these are GE appliances, all she has to do is ask Alexa or Google to preheat the oven or just do it from their smartphone app.

Ooooooo look at that pantry!!! Look at that pool deck. Since there’s so much deck space right there, I would definitely expand the pool to make it bigger. I love the fact that it has a Jacuzzi. I want a Jacuzzi. Look at that master!!!!! Lots of natural light. Mom and dad would love that. And you can wake up to that view of the lake. Two walk in closets

More than ever, if somebody is a homebuyer and is a nurse or a doctor at a hospital, because of this pandemic, more than ever they would want a bathtub in their master bedroom after being in the hospital all day with patients on ventilators in with COVID-19. These times are probably why bathtubs in the master bedroom are making a comeback. Bedroom with walk in closet and bath. Boom! I found the first two bedrooms upstairs to be a little bit small. That bedroom with the bunk that is really more for kids.

I work for a company that builds handcrafted sun houses / winter gardens, made with 8.3 "deep profiles and triple glass 2.2" thick, so very solid. In German we say Wintergarten, which is the city in which you live. I love the American houses with their sizes and fittings, the open-space design and the integrated garages. This house is dreamy. I always wonder what happens with the furniture? Is it sold once the model home is ready to be sold? I would have to buy the furniture. They do an amazing job decorating these homes.

I agree with you 100%, this is dreamy. And yes the staging is amazing. The furniture is rented by a staging company and will be returned to them. Sometimes the builder will purchase and sell it with the furniture, the furniture will be a separate purchase from the home.
