Good video. Getting ready for the winter season is a bigger ordeal the farther north you go. In southeast Michigan we get ready but it's not as urgent. There is however an old saying that stands the test of time: " Someday Winter will ask of us: What were you doing all the Summer?" Thanks for bringing us with you Randy.

Randy great work , i seen you do this before and my thinking it is better then trying to feed with snow up to you butt , as i have seen the weather for you and looks cold and some snow soon , it has to be cheaper to just move some wires around instead of trying to move bales all the time when the weather sucks , i am glad your buddy will be around soon , if it is the boy you let drive the tractor this summer , be safe , be well, enjoy life , and always look over your shoulder because Santa is watching you lol ,

You don't even need wires. Once cows are full enough you can turn them into hundreds of bales and they don't over eat or bloat. I was not a beliver till I seen it myself an did with my cows thought it was crazy an they'd all bloat. But never lost one yet. If you turn them in to hundreds bales and have been only been rationing small amount of feed an are super hungry probly have them bloat bad.
