I hear that unless a deep conditioner or mask has some other benefits that you can't get from a regular conditioner, one might not need a deep conditioner unless they have coarser hair or the person really enjoys the experience as most are just thicker conditioners. I deep condition every once in a while, or I'll use my regular conditioner like a deep conditioner. I'd love to hear your input here. I live in the Northwestern US, in a desert-like region. Summers are really dry, winters are more or less humid. I have an oily scalp and work out so I still have to prioritize my scalp health (my baby hairs are thanking me for it!). I do use bond repair products and richer conditioners on my hair, I almost always use a coconut based hair oil before washing. I have been loving using a serum after leave in conditioner and roughly blow drying.

I was hoping you'd make a video on this topic. Ive been following you for quite some time now, i love the inspiration for styles in my superfine hair. 😊 I live in Sweden and have crazy static hair in the winters. Doing leave in conditioner and hair oil in my lengths witch is doing the job on day 1, but day 2 is tricky and day 3 is impossible 😂
