Regarding COS pants, changing with colors, the same happens with Sézane. Is very difficult 😞 because if the material changes n many cases fitting will change aswell.

I have a pair of pointy toe Prada heels in grey suede in size 42 and they are the most perfect heel for my feet I have ever had. So Prada does make some styles in 42 too. Often I find 42 is too small for me, but in these Prada heels the size is just right.

Regarding the leggings, I think the, somewhat embarrassing, word you’re looking for is crotch. I’m always trying to think of a nicer alternative, that doesn’t make me blush, sometimes “leg break” works, like for a jacket length, but not always. The extra fabric piece is called a gusset, they can be placed in various locations on the garment. So, this is called a crotch gusset. Yes, they do prevent certain anatomical features from showing, most people say they don’t cause “camel toe”. That’s makes me embarrassed, too, so I just say something vague like “a more modest fit”. Some people say my embarrassment is silly, but it depends on how you were raised, we had euphemisms for everything in my home, or just didn’t mention certain things.

I think we all wash our clothes too much. We all shower, wear deodorant and clean undergarments everyday, so how dirty could they be? Except for exercise clothes, of course. Unless you’re a Mom with little kids or work as a gardener, our clothes don’t get very dirty on the outside, either. I always wear an apron when I’m cooking or cleaning, etc. It was a hard habit to break, washing everything after every wearing, even if I only wore something for a few hours. But now, my clothes last so much longer and look much better. I also stopped tumble-drying them, to save energy, and that really helps preserve clothes. Often clothes can be freshened by airing or steaming, if really necessary. (I have this thing about not wasting resources that future generations will need. I know I’m only one person, but still, it’s something. Plus, we’re under severe water-use limits because of a multi-year drought, and this situation is becoming more frequent)

Hi there, I did get to try those black COS trousers in 34 and I found that they were not long enough for the style on me (I am 175 cm). I also found that they sit oddly at the back of the leg. I actually have the Valentina trousers by House of Dagmar and like those much more (pricier though).
