@ yeah I have some cool ideas and a way to streamline the videos so they make sense and quicker. I also have some discussions and things to have. I had a channel before but I didn’t take it seriously and made the videos too long. I am in a good space now where I want to do it and get excited about it 😜

Hey Mate. I’m from NC in the US…stumbled across and enjoyed your video! You have a talent for your shot arrangements and pacing of video with a nice mixture of ASMR and dialogue. Watching camping/outdoor videos is therapy for me. I’ve Seen a lot of good ones and unfortunately a lot of bad ones. Subbed you so will be looking forward to your next one. And Your exaggerated “Ahh!” After every sip of tea had me laughing. Enjoyed the cheeky humor! Keep up the good work!

@@crowmac004 Hi buddy. I’m glad I can provide content you enjoy. I also watch camping videos when I’m relaxed and use them to get to sleep to at times. I appreciate your support, I’m sure you will enjoy the next video. All the best for the new year 👍

Do you think you could use this Stowe on a bigger tent, pomoly x6 for example?
@Horneoutdoors
@Horneoutdoors 5 күн бұрын
@@viagro1980 yeah easily. I’ve recently used it in my large hammock hot tent check out the recent video just dropped. It’s more than capable of heating a large space. Hope this helps

One of the stoves I use looks to be a similar size, a Winnerwell 1G Stainless Steel Stove without the window on the size. I love the stove, the versatility, but the size and capacity is a hard pill to swallow. We cut wood for deer camp for a regular size stove, but 16" pieces of split wood almost needs to be cut in half again for the smaller stove. What's your advice there? Do you stick to breaking up sticks or cut specially cut wood for the smaller stove?
@Horneoutdoors
@Horneoutdoors 25 күн бұрын
@@JBOutdoors I use only hardwood in my stove to prevent creasote build up and so it’s burns clean and hot. So I personally just break up sticks and put whatever I find onto an open fire so I’m not stressing and tiring myself out. I only focus on cutting for my wood stove. If you want to make sure you have plenty of wood prepared for your wood stove then process only for that and use it for the campfire too. But I find I end up inside the tent with my stove going a lot earlier and I just relax in there especially if it’s raining or bad weather. So just focus on your wood stove.

What was your opinion on the Whale Song Stove?
@Horneoutdoors
@Horneoutdoors 26 күн бұрын
@@aislinnrush2538 it’s a good stove… reminds me of an upgraded pomoly timber stove. The side glass is massive which kicks out a lot of heat and makes for good viewing. I like it if I’m honest. I have the pomoly t1 mini which is brilliant, this one is bigger than that so I can load it up so it burns longer, but the prices of pomoly stoves have shot up. For the money you can’t go wrong. It has warped a bit like every stove does but once put together you can’t tell. I will be using it quite often. Hope this helps.

The tent has, in my opinion, a design flaw. The stove is much too close to the sleeping cabin. The Stove Jack should have been placed somewhere else, I personally find the position stupid.
@Horneoutdoors
@Horneoutdoors 14 күн бұрын
@@m.mueller71 maybe the video makes it look that way… it’s not crazy close, it does make it easier to load the stove when chilling in bed. It could have been a bit further back so it’s not as hard to step past to get into bed so I agree with that. I’ll be honest there’s always improvements with every tent I have had… I would love to design a tent and make it perfect. I feel like there’s so many good traits in all different tents that could be merged together to make the “perfect” tent. 👍
