Also I laughed so hard at Kamp getting in the way while y'all were trying to put in the flooring in the A-frame, it's like dogs have a supernatural ability to stand in just the wrong spot when you're trying to make the bed or anything like that 😂

Love seeing all of the progress you guys are making! I live in the Denver suburbs and find the idea of living off grid intriguing. With cost of living so high here and getting outbid 4 times during the process of trying to buy a home, living off grid gets more and more appealing every day. Thank you both for sharing your journey!

The A frame looks amazing, cozy and beautiful - probably the best investment you have done in terms of having a tiny home at low cost. It is a huge step from the camper, having a warm place (proper home) to be at a low maintenance cost. Well done! I would be very grateful if you could make a walk-through tour of the A frame. After the renovation it must be cozy and welcoming place! Many than for the beautiful videos.

Every video shows progress. And each step of progress Elsa, you explode with excitement, and thankfulness to your devoted friends and the love of Barron. And your sweet spoiled fur child who’s able to lift that upper “lip” to warn this is my space. Oh my gosh, how much I love that sweet boy. ❤ I thought you both were losing it to build there……I think I’m getting it. It’s in your blood, both of you. I prefer my 87F in .Florida just because I must be close to water as you need those mountains. I think a summer wedding would be lovely in your new home. Stay strong and healthy. Hugs to sweet boy. 💜💜💜🐶🐸🦮🪨🪵🌵🌾🪨⭐

Hello Barron, just wanted to say that I could totally relate to your experience processing your deer. I was so concerned that it would freak/gross/weird me out, but when my best friend had me help him with the entire process,, always showing great reverence for the animal from harvest to to table, it just felt....natural. I guess thousands upon thousands of years of our ancestors being hunter gatherers is pretty well encoded into our DNA. Great job, man (and woman!). 🙂

The vintage woodstove is beautiful. Love the woodsy/wildlife carvings on it. I had a woodstove for 12 years. What a joy it was. The A-frame is looking good and will be cozy for winter. Next spring/summer you will most likely finish the house and move in! A big yard party BBQ would be nice for all those who helped. Maybe roast a pig. Elsa, you're looking thin.
