Tom👍👍 Official opening of Cimbrer Camp for 2021, fantastic my friend. So glad you were able to hang a new Raven flag, proudly flying over the camp. The Viking eating tools and the other gifts are cool and will come in so handy. Imagine that, as I'm watching this video, I'm having a glass of 15 yr old Macallan scotch, it's so good and I know you'll like the one you received. I like that small flask and the double wink😉😉 that came with it made this an official Cimbrer video. A warm fire inside the shelter, a good meal, coffee and sweet tobacco, yep a good day. Happy New Year, Tom. Very sorry to hear about the robbery at your camp. Some people have no respect for other people’s property. You are a good person and didn’t deserve that. Love your camp and your shelter is really nicely done. Looks very cozy. I also like the old look and the old technology that you use. I’m like that. When I had a sailboat, it was an older design with a gaff rig. I also did US Civil War re-enacting, with all the old stuff that goes with it. God Bless and keep up the good work.

Your videos are always wonderful, I am enjoying your older videos as much as the new ones, and there are still lots to watch. Your new camera/microphone system is great, you sound so clear! I have one of the Viking picks too! Very useful and so much better than a totally anachronistic fork when I am reenacting. It’s turning colder here, though maybe cooler is more accurate. I love this weather and often have a fire outside in the evening or have my coffee outside beside a nice warm blaze. Any excuse for a fire in my fire pit!thanks for letting us come along on your journeys, they are quite calming and sometimes instructive too.

Great video. About the sandwich. I worked at a pizza restaurant, they had a salami sandwich on the menu. Awesome Italian bun, salami, provolone, cooked peppers in italian tomato sauce. Baked just enough to heat it through. Yumm

Hi Tom. Another great video. I live about three hours from Lynchburg, TN where the Jack Daniel's distillery is located. They also have a honey whiskey that is good for making a hot toddy. I am more of a Kentucky bourbon fan but do keep some Jack Daniel's in my liquor cabinet. Have a great week.

Happy New Year Tom. Your new Viking Flag looks great. The various gifts you shared are very nice and useful. Cinnamon Flavored Whiskey is very good in coffee. I've tried it myself. The sandwich you prepared is much like one I prepare as well. I use Smoked Sweet Balogna made at butcher shop near my home. It is delicious. The Brie Cheese you put on your sandwich looks great. I will try that. Your new camera and sound system works very well. I hope your Cimber Camp is safe and you no longer have any problems with thieves stealing your camp equipment. Of course, we are in full lockdown here but as many people are ignoring the law, I'm not sure how effective the measures will be.
