Luna, I can't imagine a dip in ice water with Raynaud’s Disease. But if you ever make it to the states, stop into Milwaukee Wisconsin, Lake Michigan shoreline runs along it. Every New Years there are a bunch of people who go down to the frozen lake. It is really a party. Take Care and tell Andy to get a better car. 😉

Yes the lined tights have come out for me this week ... the last two days have been between -15C to -20C today, (with squeaky snow it usually happens just after -15c or so 😊) out west its even colder though. I love this temp esp. when there is no wind cause then its crisp (fresh) instead of frigid lol what an awesome experience - memories forever...thank you for sharing

Thanks for sharing your holiday..it looked great fun. I've not been to Oslo but I have been to Bergen, Flöm and Stavanger. Absolutely beautiful. Stavanger is home to the pulpit rock. It's a bit of a hike but well worth it. Don't go there in winter. Enjoy . Love your accent 😊

Norway is the number 1 place I want to visit in the world... not only is it so beautiful and historic but it's also deep with Black Metal history, which is my favourite genre of all time. Honestly was not expecting to see you go to Black Metal shows and locations in the video! Didn't know you were a fan, but pleasantly surprised. :)

I did a cruise last summer around the Fjords, stopping in Stavanger, Olden, Hellsylt and Haugesund. It was all so beautiful. My favourite part being our excursion from Olden, it was a rainy day but we went to the Viking Horse Centre and Sagastad Museum in Nordfjordeid, the Myklebust Ship was amazing and I'd recommend going to see it if you get the chance. I was with family for that trip, but am doing the same thing next summer with my best friend and hopefully going to see the Sverd i fjell, the swords in the rock, when we dock in Stavanger as well as other things that I wasn't able to visit the last time. Norway is a stunning place and I really want to explore even more.

That sounds amazing! Sagastad Museum is closed at the minute while they do some big renovation work but I definitely want to go back and see it at some point when it's open. Stavanger will be great :)

You can apply it to your scalp, massage it in and leave it anywhere from 5 mins to a few hours, however much time you have. Then wash your hair as normal with shampoo. I would love to sell it, but if I’m honest I have no idea how I would ship it anywhere other than Britain! Because the U.K. has sadly left the EU, shipping is becoming harder and harder and many small brands can no longer ship abroad. I think I’d need to work with someone to help, perhaps in the future if I have the money :) thanks for watching!
