Hi PaintyKat, the 36 color paint set you link to Amazon is the one I have, but the names of the paint don't match the colors you list to the left of your video. Is there a different brand that you use? Are those filbert brushes you are using that's part of the brush set you recommend? Is there a US store that carries the brushes you recommend? Thanks so much. I love your work. :)

I used common names for shades of paints - not everyone have same watercolor set. I'm not sure if brushes possible to get in US, I got my set from AliEXPRESS

Actually PaintyKat never mind. I think I found the brushes in a kit at Michaels. They are called oval brushes in the package. There are only 2, but 2 are better thank none. :) I saw you had a split type of brush and a different fan brush than what I've seen. I'll go to my local craft store and see if I see a brush that's similar to those. I'm so happy I've found you on youtube! You do beautiful work and I look forward to learning from you. :)

Sorry or late answer (I think we have time gap:)) Flat oval brushes I use alot - and agree - two is much better then nothing! Brushes with different shapes is always fun to paint witn - coz its give new effects and sometimes really making work much easy. Some effects of shaped brushes (especially fan type) not possible to repeat with other shapes. I recommend to get them and try - coz its will change view on artworks of other ppl. Sometimes ppl can think "how that was possible to paint this grass?! here so many brush strokes - thousands!" - but it could be just fan brush:)

Did u ever re wet the paper or just at first?

Tutorial here goes real-time, so you can see all moments I re-wet some small areas. I didn't wet the whole painting second time - some tiny areas only
