Sista halvtimmen från detta mycket spännande lopp i 10 km klassiskt. Niklas Jonsson har gjort ett mycket starkt och lopp och slåss med Dählie om vad som för stunden tros kanske kan vara om medaljerna. Riktigt så bra blev det dock inte för någon av dem.

Tyvärr har jag tappat respekten för Ulvang. Han var en av mina stora idoler förut, men han har helt tappat statusen i mina ögon så som han förstör sporten just nu! Tyvärr...

During the race Ulvang broke his pole and skied 500 meters with only one pole, despite of that won with 20 sec. marginal. Clean?

PTI10 norway was blooddoped during the 90s

@@npantano1846 wrong, the winter of 91/92 Norway as the only nation had got access to Cera aka the flour carbon glider. This was handled like a national secret and they where able to keep this as a secret to around 98. This gave them a massive advantage vs everyone else. There are tv pictures from this and many other races around this time where you see the Norwegians pulls ahead of in everyone in the downhill section of the course. In a sense their equipment where doped but not the skiers them self.

There is a Norwegian historian named Thor Gotaas that have specialized in the history of skiing, he wrote a whole chapter about this in his book about the history of cross country skiing. I have no idea if his many books is translated to English but if they are I highly recommend them. Especially if you are a sport and history nerd like me :)

Morten Ringdalen du er inne på noe her. Har hørt mye snakk om store budsjetter på smøring i forhold til konkurrentene. Det er vel fremdeles slik for de nasjonene som ikke satser så stort. Tror f.eks Justyna Kowalczyk kunne vunnet mye mere om hun var Svensk eller Norsk med mer ressurser tilgjengelig

Dæhlie lost 7 seconds in the last downhill only (from red bridge to out of the yellow circle) vs Albarello and Ulvang! Would have won by a minute w reasonable equipment.
