Here’s a tip, when looking for flower arrangements you can do, sort by ingredients not by price, that should show you all the zeros at the top.

Save up to get patchy, you can pickpocket seeds from him and I've had so many different seeds, plus if you take photos of the arrangement of flowers you make you get exp for gardening (I think it might be flowerist skill even) and then sell them too, only get a few $ for it but better then nothing :D

I should watch the whole video before commenting 😂 looks like you don't need seeds after them gnomes, lemon trees grow in the winter, because you can't place trees under a roof I had no choice but to grow my trees outside and the lemons were growing during the winter for me :) I'm only 18minutes in so in sure I'll comment about something else soon 😂😂🤦‍♀️

Hii james! You shouldnt need more then 5times the same flower, so one row per kind should be great! Then you have more variety, and you dont need hundreds of flowers for the arrangements

You sell the honey for more $ the calmer the bees are, so it’s much better to not collect it until they at least aren’t enraged anymore. Mite treatment and bonding can calm them. Also, you can make planters at the woodworking table for like $17 at a low level of handiness :D

I really love the smooth lighting from the greenhouse roof! I wish my computer was beefy enough to run graphics this high. Thats one of the reasons I love gaming channels because I get to see the game’s full potential without crashing my computer on it. This is probably my favorite Rags to Riches series I’ve seen so far! The Bigwallet lineage makes it so much more fun to watch and keep up with. It’s like, Kardashians who?

IRL it actually works hanging wet laundry outside in the winter. It will freeze first, but it will dry eventually, since ice can transform to steam without being fluid. Then it smells fantastic!

33:10 - "How is this helping?" That legitimately cracked me up. It's the exact same thing I said to myself the first time I had a Sim shovel snow in this game. Without snow depth, there's really not much point to it. (And I'm not complaining about the "snow depth" issue - I'm just saying that James's reaction made me laugh.) Great Great Aunt Sue here. I lived in the dark ages when everybody had eco-dryers. Clothes dry even in the winter. My take--and this is only because I lived in snowy areas for nearly 20 years--is that the air is so dry below freezing that the clothes have no problem getting rid of the moisture. A phenomenon I've seen many times though, belies that. If you go out and look at the clothes before they are dry, you can sometimes see they are frozen. That suggests the water freezes and the wind knocks the frozen water out of the clothes. Oh well. Whichever way it is, it works. Honest!

Think you missed a trick there, you could have named all the kids after flowers. Also any non-flower plants you get, you can shove in the fridge to use for cooking. Save money that way too. Maybe you could have a mini-garden or orchard where you only grow food to eat, with only one plant of each type.

I’m really enjoying this series. I wasn’t excited for seasons when it was announced. Nor did I understand the intense desire other Simmers had for its release since 4 came out. Now that it’s out I find it very a enjoyable integration into the game. I love the way you play your LP’s because they’re not so family oriented but challenge ordinated. It’s very fresh.

James, I usually just click on the needs, for example, click on the little toilet paper under the "bladder" need and it'll send that sim to the closest and most convenient place to fulfill that need, if you click for them to sleep they'll usually go to the bed where you usually send them to automatically, if you have leftovers on your fridge and click on hunger they'll automatically grab a serving and eat, it's a lot easier to do that, saves a lot of clicking and time looking for the objects, found out recently :D
