Wow Fox! The beginning of this piece, brought me back to when, after the piano lessons I was given as a teenager, I tried to compose a small simple unpublished piece: it is practically the same... but yours, obviously, is a little more elaborate (especially in the chords with the left hand). So, either we both unconsciously fished out from some known melody, or we have some notes that unite us 👌🎶

Not dear Abraham, I had the piano for a few years, until my brother-in-law, an organist, gave me lessons that I was able to learn (I stopped when the exercises became too fast and complex, I struggled to follow the pentagram mathematically), then he took the piano to the new, more spacious house. I learned to play a piece from Für Elise and Gounod's Ave Maria, which I have already forgotten. What I have not lost yet, I believe, is a certain ear for finding, with one hand, the right notes of a piece that I like. Have a good weekend Fox 🙂
