Thanks for showing this! It's always nice to see how other people manage their property. I've had my two horses on our 5 acres since we moved here a year ago. We lived on a larger property in the high desert before, and now are in Western Washington... it's a much harder climate to manage horses in! Our new place is a work in progress, but I'd like to have a track system combined with rotational grazing similar to your setup. Thanks for showing that it's not impossible on smaller acreage!

You’re welcome! Thank you for watching! Climate definitely comes into play-especially in wetter regions. 🖤 Thanks for making sure to clearly state that in your comment!

Your cat is thrilled with your "sacrifice" plot, lol! Very interesting how you germinate grass seed in Nov by covering it with compost and straw. Clever. And foggage - didn't know there was a word for areas like that. You are a wealth of knowledge and I'm learning lots. Thank you 😊 PS I took your advice and planted my new tulips down an extra few inches: me 1, squirrels 0. Thanks again!

Is it at all possible to do something like this on only 2 acres ?

Hi! Thanks for watching! I think you definitely could--it just might take more diligence and a smaller sacrifice location. :)
