Nice, cozy video:) I'm intrigued about the Alien/Elie Saab combo, sounds amazing. I've had questions about layering: the best sort of techniques...like does one dry then apply the other or spray simultaneously, etc; it's a new concept for me!

I absolutely love how aura is your easy reach/go to perfume. I'm exactly the same. Many people find this perfume so heavy and/or repulsive but for me, it makes me feel happy/peaceful ☺✨

I don’t know about anyone else, but I over layer sometimes lol! There are days where I spray several different perfumes with no rhyme or reason. I’ll just randomly spray several different ones and smell like a walking perfume counter! Crazy, I know! Anyway, really good video with some great suggestions. Thank you!!! :)

I do too. I just started really getting in to fragrances and so I have many sample and trials sizes so it’s hard to not just keep trying more throughout the day.

You are absolutely right about layering Alien EDP and Girl of Now. Alien was a blind buy fail for me. No matter how hard i tried, just couldn't love the scent. I purchased Girl of Now in winter and quite enjoyed it. However, in the warmer months it started to smell too syrupy and synthetic to me and I was on the fence about it. Someday I accidentally layered the two and I could not believe my nose. I really enjoy this combination now.

Liked this video!! Love getting ideas for layering. I swewr one of these days im going to get a bottle of Girl of Now. I STILL havent tried it. But it sounds amazing! Also I'm out of my Tom ford pour femme decant (went thru it so quick!!) and really want a bottle of it as well. Its definitely one of my absolute favorites! But I am getting quite a lot of perfumes for Christmas (including a bunch of samples) so Im really excited about that. The only full bottles will be Loukhoum and Angels Share. I love both obviously. I dont get full bottles often. Over the yrs I've realized they rarely get used up and will go bad before i ever get to them. And then i feel badly. But yeah I'm obsessed with Loukhoum. If you havent tried it and you like rose, honey and almond scents (plus musk and vanilla) then its a must try!! And the performance is outstanding!! 😊

I watched this video this morning and I had to come back to leave a comment. I always try new layering combos before bed so I’m not stuck with a bad combo all day 😜 but I tried GON + Alien and o.m.g. Definitely going to be scent of the day for tomorrow! Smells so good!

Hi beautiful! I have tried the OG l'interdit and the intense. OMG it is insanely good. On my skin the sesame note still prominent. The sharpness of the OG muted by the creaminess of the intense. On my clothes they balanced each other perfectly and the beautiful surprise is that it smells almost like l'interdit rouge minus pimento leaves especially in the opening. I think, in my humble opinion,that if you have this two you don't need the rouge version. It is definitely a good combo👌 Thank you Sally 💗

It’s the end of spring time here in AU but because of La Nina phenomenon, we will have a wet summer. So, my perfumes that I wear with this type of weather are: Good girl edp by CH, La belle edp by JPG and lancome La Nuit Tresor a la folie. Im intrigued with alien + GON! I haven’t tried layering my perfumes.

Picking up a travel size of linterdit edp today. I haven’t been able to smell it in person so found a travel size to try. Really want to try the intense but I can’t find travel size of those and don’t want to buy a whole bottle blind for the price.

I will look up more details on the glistening amber. I love amber scents. I just picked up a small a large trial size of the majestic woods by juicy couture and I was shocked at how much I love it so definitely opened me up to them having decent scents (I don’t like any of the other scents I’ve smelled by them).

Oh, what is majestic woods like Kara? I was tempted by that one too. I would recommend glistening amber if you enjoy very sweet, slightly spicy, musky, amber vanilla scents. It’s a nice one, quite simple and linear but really yummy haha 🧡

@@SallyMarion it is moderately sweet and yet spicy but more like cinnamon and some pepper for sure and nutty but not too gourmand. I get a bit of a masculine cologne scent too but it’s not overly manly. It’s a great winter and fall scent. I plan to finish my travel size and then buy the full bottle. I may need to pick up the glistening amber too! Sounds perfect for me.

I've been wearing Poison girl, La belle le parfum, i was waiting for a colder weather to wear Hypnotic poison but it has a very disappointing longevity! I will also use Black opium, Coco mademoiselle intense, Twilly eau poivrée, La nuit trésor à la folie I just have to go out more 🤣

I really tried to like TF noir pout femme and i even layered it with GON and tried it with Kayali Vanilla 28 but it’s pulling too masculine on me. I ended up asking the man I’m seeing to try it out. It’s not a love for him either but he’s gonna test it more during the winter.
