रोटी कपड़ा और मकान ये तीन इंसान की मूलभूत आवश्यकता हैं। अगर इनको ही इनवेस्टमेंट का साधन मान लिया जाएगा तो देश की आजादी का अर्थ ही व्यर्थ हो जाएगा। इन तीनों आवश्यकताओं की कीमत सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित ना भी हो तो भी कम से कम प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को ये तीन तो सुगमता से मिलनी चाहिए। सरकार के नीति नियंता सोचें इस बारे में।

Price of property should only rise when there are people living in the area and there's no new places to live in for. eg. Golf course road and vasant vihar. But current market ( eg. rest of gurgaon and sohna) is being driven by investors holding on to empty flats in empty buildings in empty areas.

They keep suggesting to buy at any inflated price but when you go to sell then only you get to know the price. Yet they dare to tell your project is old/not good, get out of it and reinvest. My foot. Buy standalone properties. And that's what every rich people including these sellers do.

Economy will decline further...due to the tax system of Indian Govt which is a real burden on business and a few payers. Govt is giving freebies to muslims and others who never pay any direct taxes while earning more than a general IT employee in informal sectors. People are fleeing India and giving up citizenship. Govt should stop free rations, free electricity and waters and reduce tax at 15% flat on everyone. Every bank account should be linked to tax department. Promore more electronic payment system. Govt will earn more money than now and will reduce the burden on businesses and only 6-7% people who are paying heavily. This country is not leading anywhere. Tonstart a manufacturing you need 30 or more licenses.

Every sizeable business and tax paying employee are working 5 months for Govt per year. Film stars are claiming agriculture income 😂😂😂 Just reduce tax and remove capital gain taxes of all kind... Of Govt. understand this...its good or economy will decline further....it will never reach 10 trillion...any will hardly hit 5 trillion till 2030.
