I love the dad and son bonding...I wishes I had it with my dad before he passed away. Great video camping.

Normally video footage does not do the scenery justice. In this case, it clearly does. Great job capturing the true essence of the outdoor/offroading experience.

Just found your channel while looking for a mattress for a new ikamper (think I've been here before though). Stuck around for this. Where you live is beautiful! I love my Colorado mountains but I miss having lush trees like where I grew up. Great channel; subbed.

Ok.... it rained / snowed .... tent's wet. Day one of a 10 day trip. How would you deal with the wet tent to avoid mold and mildew?
@RhinoOffroad3 жыл бұрын
Honestly I wouldn't be too worried about it. You could wipe off the visible moisture but if it's raining when you fold it up that's probably a mute point. I think the mildew/mold comes from people leaving it closed for weeks on end after being wet (with no airflow). Enjoy the trip!

What are you using to stay warm in your tent?

Awesome video! How do you keep the tent warm?
@LookOutside...2 жыл бұрын
I have the same tent and plan to do a lot of winter camping. I live in CO in the Rockies at 9600’ so I’ll need warmth to not die. Do you use a heater in yours? Did you replace the OEM mattress?
@RhinoOffroad2 жыл бұрын
Sure do and yes I did. I use a Mr Heater buddy, and a Qomotop mattress. I did a couple of videos on them if you checkout my channel page
@LookOutside...2 жыл бұрын
@@RhinoOffroad thanks. ill cheack out that mattress (already was planning on buying mr heater buddy.) this was the first video of yours i have seen. i will check out the ch for those other videos.

Rhino Rack with mounting systems from Maximus -3

Great adventure. Cool ride and nice rooftop camper. Awesomely tricked out. Still should've invited a girl though for more click bait. Even if you couldn't talk her into wearing a bikini in the snow for more than a few minutes, we always fall for that crap every time! If you get mega hits, you might work out some free swag from the manufacturers. More trips! Keep it up.

Y'all live in one of the prettiest regions in the country for sure, your liberals are nuts, but the access to public lands are great! We severely lack decent public lands here in SE Ok

I know they say 'Country boys can survive'. However, I am not sure survival is the goal here. Rooftop tents make the outdoors more accessible and enjoyable. Think about it.
