Wow! I had no idea they bit at night. They must not like squid jigs! 😂 Even though many were smaller, that was a great day/night of catching! That 1 pounder was very nice!

In the app tide 4 fishing, there is data for air pressure, I won't go if the air pressure is not inside the blue range

Hi @Bashi, I just wanted to let you know that your video really helped me. I was able to catch two striped perch a few weeks ago fishing the nighttime spot, it was a very clear night at low tide. As you said the fish are very close to the jetty at the Edmonds spot

It never really ends, but will be hard to find when the water warms up, like March. But you can find them year around at west coast, I have a video at the jetty fishing for them in the summer.

Any type of hook should work, I like bigger hook, so I use size 6, other people use size 10

January is for Puget sound, you can find them year around at west coast; For surf perch, I have better luck in winter too.
