Hey there! Love that you are always so willing to try new cuisines and cooking styles! A little hint: When using bamboo skewers, always soak them in warm/tepid water so they don't burn up when grilling, baking, or pan-frying. This helps the food slide off them more easily after it's been cooked too! Also, when mixing ground meats, don't be shy, get your hands in there! If you're squeamish or concerned about food safety, invest in some food-safe gloves! (I recommend gloves when handling raw meat and poultry anyway) Trying to mix ground meats with a spoon or other utensil can be iffy and doesn't always mix well.

Love what your doing and how you're doing it! Two suggestions. Get an oversized duffle at a thrift store , collect firewood whenever you can, put it in the duffle, then strap it across the front of your roof. Then you never have to buy it! Get a second 5 gallon water jug and get a holder to attach to the back of your van (outside) to store them. Then you always have shower water that is not ice cold! 😂

You should try roasting the garlic in Olive oil and then mix it into the Greek yogurt and herbs. It takes a little bit of the bite out of it. But it's still looks delicious amazing job mateo

Quick tip from a Minnesotan, rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle will melt the ice off your windshield. Your little broom would work nicely to sweep the snow off your rig. Stay safe out there. Love your cooking.
