Glue, if you’ve ever tried to take one of these jigs apart . Your gonna need a knife

Awesome video thank you! I bought many jigheads from store and the only problem am getting is the power coating falling from the first day in the water. Not sure how to fix that.

bake em in the oven at like 250 degrees for 10 to 15 mins

Good video, but why wouldn’t you do a couple half hitches or hand whip finishes to finish off the fly rather than cutting and glueing? It would be less work and be more durable.

I Do half hitch a lot of my jigs i meant to show both methods in the video but it didnt work that way i guess ha, either way the glued jigs hold up like a mad man. i lose them before anything ever has happened to them. it takes a damn knife to cut everything off

That second jig looked excellent. What chenille did you use for that one? It seemed to have a red/orange tie dye thing going on.

thats what i call the lava color, ed had shown me that color. i seen it in the fly tieing section at sportsmans
