Nice job and informative talk true the process! I tie those and use the here in Scandinavia and Sweden 🇸🇪 for sea trout and salmon. The rabbit strip is so good and it holds long time. Black whit silver body is very effective here. So is blue/silver purple is sun rise/set colour here. Red and orange is when water are bit dirty and not clear. Good for new guys who start tie flys those are super effective 👌 do them from 3/4" to 3" I say in pitch darkness go for 3-5" and fish higher because fish see fly as contrast to the sky. I always have a problem with the ultra sonic cone cutting the fake jungle cock eyes on the cast. Do you have the same problem or a fix?

Not that problem, but they will get floppy and twist over time. If you throw some UV cure on them, it makes them really tough. The Pro UV is really tough and stays flexible

How do you keep the hook from fouling on the rabbit strip? I understand you use tubing to hold hook on, but do you have it so it trails the end of the rabbit strip?

Using a long shank tube hook like the Gami L11S-3H in a #6 works great and rarely fouls
