WINTER TARP CAMPING - Solo Woodland Overnighter & Campfire Cooking

New tarp setup in the plough style & half inner from another tent. A bit of minor bushcraft work. And dinner cooked on the campfire was delicious!
I used the DD 3x3 Tarp
The half inner from a Onetigris ironwall hot tent
And a touch of optimism.
Worked a treat, going to be a great setup for the summer months, when all the flying flesh eaters come out to play! thank me later!

Thanks again! And the blanket is pretty warm, the temperature wasn't to bad on this one, and I'm also naturally pretty resistant to cold weather for some reason 😂❄️

@@WilkoWild thats ok!but doesn't make a difference if private or not.its about if you injured yourself,and needed assistance could they get to you?if so could they get to you in time,and if you had to call emergency services out,they would not be happy to be called out to the woods.lockdown states only go out for exercise and must return same day,private woods or not matey🤪

I respect your opinion buddy, but I also have my own reasons for getting out there, the emergency service thing is a risk we all take when we enter woodland, has nothing to do with whether where in a lockdown or not... I'm also aware it states that, but tbh the so called rules completely contradict each other, you can't go into the woods, on your own, with nobody within miles of you, yet your allowed to all gather and shop together in the same small building 😂 makes no sense, just another power trip, I'd rather use my common sense, I don't go to shops or anywhere where there's people for that matter, so I'm doing better than most in this lockdown 👍

@@greggs1964 I do see it from both sides... I feel very conflicted about it myself. But I think emergency services are far more likely to be called out to a car stuck in the mud, or lockdown exercisers with twisted ankles or whatever. Those of us who are used to being mindful of the hazards of the activities we do be we do them frequently. I also agree with this fella and do similar myself, but not overnight, and what's more I may not agree with averyone else's opinion but respect their decision as their own.

That's it pal, as long as your or mindful and you know your not going to be in contact with anybody, and stay local then i don't see a problem at all, I respect anybodies views, but at the end of the day I'll do what feels right or wrong using common sense 👍
