Keep the little tree right there with lights all year! It is the perfect size for every little holiday to display little vintage goodies! You could do little valentine cards and rusty hearts and such. Then birds and birds nests for spring. Then you could use vintage patriotic pieces for most of summer, followed by fall…

I like the cookbook standing up best. I suggested sanding off the ducks. But I thought it would be fun to have those white spots rusted. They do have rusting kits, but it can be done with the right dabs of browns and cinnamon!!! And I love your picture next to your bed!!! And, I love you the most! So creative, sweet, and fun.

I love the little cabinet and cutting the bar off was brilliant. I had one of those little hurricane lamps (exact one) that my grandmother gave me when I was young. My parents lost it in their moving while I was in college. So sad. 😞. The book looks better beside the scale (my opinion). I love the scale and the top and sides just make it looked used and worn. ❤

Good morning Donna! Changing from Christmas decor to Wintertime decor does seem to bring the “less is more” factor in and be more calming and peaceful feeling. Since you use other red and white pieces throughout the seasons, I personally like the kitchen scale like you have it. Good morning sweet friend! I really love the new lantern! That area look so good Donna! The letters are perfect there! It almost looks primitive! Oh I'm so glad you got your grandma's song book! The book & glasses look so good on the typewriter!❤ Donna I'm the same way.. I'll make little vignettes or style a shelf, step away then later that day or the next day or so after i keep looking at it I'll add to or tweak it. Some days when i would get bored, when i was in TN, i would go in my storage room & start looking for something to add or style😄 I used one of the really small empty bedrooms in the recovery home that was right across from our apt, so that was nice to have! Girl I love that little box! I love the hardware on it!🤎 I got the cutest little box when we were at my husband's aunts house that passed. And Its our color green & distressed!😁 Its A little smaller than the one you have it has 2 little doors with like minature chicken wire i+Mmm the center of them & flat on top so you can put something there, Insides .', is 2 shelves then there's 3 pegs on bottom, i love it!😁 I have those same candles in that color red & in a deep green.. all my candles may be melted😬 Those storage units can get awful hot! Oh I love the tree there! It kind of fills the space up & with the pieces of greenery you've added to it, it doesn't really look like a Christmas tree. Aww the brass piece You were given as a gift for Christmas is so cute & so you! Ohh Donna I love that doilie!! Love the little bits of green in it!💚 You're so genius! Adding the light in the chicken was so smart!😊 Love the light under the lantern too! That gorgeous clock looks beautiful there!❤ I'm so glad you kept the tiny oil lamp, its so sweet! Wonder if the chimneys come in colors! I have my tiny purple bottom & need a chimney for it. I can use clear but would love a purple one. Your mantle & bookcases are always so beautiful!❤ I was thinking the red scale had been painted but of course looking thru a screen you can't really tell.🤷‍♀️ I think i like the book beside the scale & maybe something smaller on top. The scuttle looks cute on the little stool with the pinecones! I have a long narrow box with a board in the middle that i stand on the floor & it makes 2 shelves. I had my scuttle like yours on the bottom with a brownish/dark cream hydrangea in it! I love the bedroom, that corner with the shelf & chair is so beautiful!❤ Yes, love the sheep on the box shelf!! And yes I do like the picture by the bed, but maybe bring it up a little higher, maybe even with the bed.. Just so it can really be seen better! I love that picture! A oval frame with bubble glass is my fav kind of frame, especially if its ornate!😊 Everything looks gorgeous, of course! Every time I see you guys decorate..i get more excited!😁 I enjoy hanging out & seeing all your decor! And yes.. that's great, now we get to see you again tomorrow!😁 So.. I will leave my small lit tree and decorate it with hearts. Then later St. Patrick's Day(My Grandma was Irish) Then Spring/Easter from there. It's not a huge tree so I can move it around. I do leave my snowman out. We currently have ice and snow with more snow tonight. I like the longer videos❤

It’s just in a drawer… why did I not think of displaying on the desk with my old typewriter???? I ordered a feather pen with a stand from Amazon which looks cute but I’m getting that pen out.
