I'm Quin and have been living in my van w/ my 2 cats, Atlas and Otto, for 2.5 years. After working for seven years in a corporate position as a marketing director and event producer for a magazine, I decided to leave my position, take a risk and jump into #solofemalevanlife w/ my two cats. Thank you for following our journey!

A great experience but the one thing we learn is that people were not meant to be alone. It is a scary feeling.

I went with a Propex HS2000 propane heater. Good up to 12,000 feet with no problems. 1,200 watts of solar panels and 900 amp hours of lithium batteries. Electric blankets are not a problem.

❤ GR8 VID ~ LOVED IT ❤ I was surprised how well you covered so many aspects. Good job ❤ just a side note on the portable propane Mr Buddy Heaters .. another reason why you always want to have a window or vent open when you want to run the heater is because all size versions use the oxygen in the air to generator the fire to heat and each heater has an oxygen depletion sensor to measure the available amount of air in the enclosed space, and if theres not enough air, the sensor forces the unit to turn off ❤

Hi 👋🏻 just found your channel. I am a bit confused. I watched all videos you have up. Trying to follow from the start. I see many gaps and do you have different vans? Is this real or just to create content?? 🤔 I am having a van built this summer. Therefore watching as many solo women as I can. Safety is important. I so hope you respond and stip my confusion lol!! Great video BTW!!

I did the whole hitchhiking tent life years ago in my 20s and early 30s And late, teenagers even. I have some bad things hrecently. My job and income was taken from me. A lot of money earned was stolen from me. For no reason. Well, there was a bankruptcy, but you know, it's not my fault. Had the job for 6 years and it was taken from me. But I'm just curious on how all people get sponsors and make money for the Van life on the road. Because by the end of this yeari'll be on the road in my Van. That I'm converting into a house. I don't think I wanna do the tent life permanently again. But I do want to do the full-time vain. Life, and I'm just curious on how a lot of people actually make their income with just a computer on the road.

Your “emergency kit” isn’t an emergency kit. A sleeping bag, blanket, battery, and heater are daily-use items in the winter. An emergency kit would be a battery jumper, first-aid kit, and some sort of distress signal.

She’s using “emergency kit” in a different meaning / context than you are. She meant “emergency” as in not a real emergency, but the heater stops working correctly
