He did it with keyboard, that's how he got it. Nobody could do this by foot. Well... maybe... but I doubt any human being could get that by foot/hands as perfectly as that. The timing for marvelous is insane to get it every single step by foot. Keyboard, yes I've seen many people do songs even harder than this by hand and get 100% marvelous.
